I love chili and I love soup. This sounds really good and I will need to try it. The amount of chilies will be reduced as I don’t much care for their flavour or heat.

I love that you can freeze this soup. There are days when I am not up to cooking and heating up this yummy soup would be perfect with a toasted slice of sourdough bread and a quick salad on the side!
